Which languages are available for communication?
English is our primary language of communication, but we are also able to assist in Burmese, Mandarin, Malay, Swedish, and Thai upon request.
How much time can Kilde managers dedicate to me?
- Introductory conversations: usually 20–30 minutes, focused on answering your initial questions and helping you understand how Kilde works.
- Follow-up or detailed discussions: more time can be dedicated to reviewing your portfolio, assisting with platform use, or resolving specific issues.
