Kilde connects family offices, funds, and accredited investors to investment-ready private credit deals in developed and emerging markets. We offer senior secured loans from last-mile lending companies with strong capitalization, a healthy balance sheet, and a capable management team.
These loans typically last 12 to 36 months, with investors receiving monthly coupons and early redemption rights. So far, Kilde has maintained a 0,0% default rate and has offered up to 13,5% annual returns to our investors, surpassing similar risk investments yielding around 8%.
Kilde is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in Dealing in Securities and as an Exempted Financial Advisor.

Meet the team at Kilde
CEO and Co-Founder
Radek is a seasoned financial industry practitioner with over 17 years of experience in payments, credit risk, and consumer lending. Formerly a Consulting Director at PwC and later a partner in a boutique credit risk consultancy, he has played pivotal roles in driving strategic initiatives. Radek holds dual Master's degrees in Management and Information Systems, an MBA from IE Business School, and is a certified Project Manager.
VP, Strategic Partnerships
Han has built an impressive career in the world of finance and investment industries in APAC. With over 8 years of exposure to corporate finance, private equity, and technology startups, Han Jie's drive to succeed has taken him from Head of Strategy and Operations at Big Bang Capital which specialises in Lifestyle and F&B investments to Deputy Director (Investments) at GCL Asia - where he was responsible for leading complex M&As and Corporate Finance. In his current role, Han looks after Kilde’s partnerships, business development, and sales teams.
Head of Credit Risk
Yujia is a rising star and employee number 3 at Kilde leading the charge in Credit Risk. She holds a BSc in Physics from Beijing Normal University and MSc in Financial Engineering from National University of Singapore. Additionally, she is a CFA Charter holder and holds a certified FRM designation. In her current role, Yujia looks after credit risk analysis and loan origination at Kilde.
