Aleksandra is responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate borrowers across Kilde’s private credit platform, maintaining close engagement to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and effective collaboration throughout the financing lifecycle. She oversees deal pipeline planning and coordination, working cross-functionally to support a structured flow of transactions. Her role includes screening and introducing prospective borrowers, conducting initial suitability assessments in line with Kilde’s credit mandate, and coordinating borrowers’ quarterly performance monitoring to support disciplined reporting, ongoing review, and transparency for internal stakeholders and investors.
